Why Silver Horizon
We manage residential complexes and developments in Paphos, and we do it in the open. Every engagement runs on a written service-level agreement, communal funds sit in an account in the development's own name, and each month the committee gets a plain-English report — the budget, the debtors ledger, and every invoice paid. Contractor work is quoted before it starts, with a flat, stated margin. No hidden or inflated costs.
How To Switch
The owners appoint, or reconfirm, a management committee of at least three people, as required under the Jointly-Owned Buildings Law. This is the body we take our instructions from.
At an owners' meeting, a majority votes to appoint Silver Horizon. We supply a template notice, agenda and appointment resolution, so the paperwork is straightforward.
You give us the current owner list, the latest budget and accounts, and the site information - plans, meter and plant-room locations, existing contracts. We take it from there.
We transfer the utilities, insurance and records, open the new communal account in the complexes' own name, and agree the monthly reporting date. Your first report lands within 30 days.
